US First Lady’s support for Nigerian schoolgirls prompts criticism from drone opponents.

Critics of US drones are using #BringBackOurGirls to send a message to US First Lady Michelle Obama. Obama posted a photo in support of the campaign to bring back the kidnapped Nigerian schoolgirls, which received nearly 60,000 retweets.

Though Obama’s support was overwhelmingly welcomed by #BringBackOurGirls campaigners, a small group said the First Lady was overlooking victims of the Obama administration’s drone programme.
